Licence questions
How does buying work?
FilamentPilot is digital software. You buy the full version directly in the app — under the "Licence" section in Settings. Payment goes securely through our payment provider; your licence key then unlocks the full version. To try it first, there is the Free version or a 30-day trial key for the Workshop licence.
One-time payment or subscription?
One-time payment. You buy the licence once and use it permanently — no subscription, no recurring costs.
Can I upgrade from Personal to Workshop later?
Yes. You can switch from Personal to Workshop anytime — the upgrade is a one-time €49.99 and unlocks all Workshop features as well as up to 5 PCs.
What do I get after the purchase?
A digital licence key. You use it to unlock the full version on your computer. Nothing is shipped physically.
Can I move the licence to a new PC?
Yes. You can deactivate your licence on an old device and reactivate it on a new one — within the allowed number of devices (Personal: 1 PC, Workshop: up to 5 PCs).
