FilamentPilot is digitally signed, publisher machbar 3D. Windows still warns about every program it has not seen often yet. This happens with almost any new software from small makers. The warning fades with every download.

- Your browser warns during the download? Message “not commonly downloaded”: choose “Keep” via the three dots or the arrow (Edge and Chrome).
- It says “Unknown publisher”? Then the file is not from us. Don't run it, and write to filamentpilot@machbar3d.com.
- This only happens during installation. Updates from inside the app run without a warning.
Good to know
- Your trial key unlocks the full Workshop licence for 30 days; after that the program keeps running as the Free version — your data stays intact.
- Cancelled the download or entered your email again? No problem — you'll get the same key sent again, no duplicate sign-up is created.
- Already a customer and misplaced your key? In the "misplaced your key?" box you can have your existing key sent to you again — whether it's a trial or a purchased licence.
- FilamentPilot is under active development; you may occasionally run into bugs or unfinished features.
- We recommend backing up important data separately as well.
